We offer you a personalized artistic itinerary for a weekend in Lyon that allows you to meet four artists from our community. The choice is varied. We have many painters, sculptors and photographers. A dinner in a restaurant and a night in a hotel are included in the offer. They are selected for you according to your itinerary.
Here is an example of an itinerary and artists that we could propose to you during a weekend in Lyon:
DAY 1
Morning:
- Meeting with the painter Aub: his speciality is portraiture, particularly of Italian Renaissance sculptures. He is inspired by Baroque art. His artistic approach is to pay tribute to sculpture and certain painters.
Free lunch
Afternoon:
- Meeting with the painter Fabrice: a contemporary painter, he explores the unlimited potential of geometric shapes, lines, nature and faces. It is important for him as an artist to interact with the community in his practices by telling their stories through his expressions.
Dinner:
- Restaurant Le Garage: located in the 3rd district of Lyon, this bistronomic restaurant has a themed decoration, hushed atmosphere, art deco setting of good quality and quality cuisine. Le Garage welcomes you as a couple or with friends, family or colleagues.
Night:
- Mercure Saxe Lafayette Hotel 4*: one night in a charming hotel, with spacious and attractive rooms. You will enjoy spending a relaxing moment in their fitness and wellness area with a heated indoor pool. The restaurant Le Garage is located in the hotel, perfect for a great dinner!
DAY 2
Morning:
- Meeting with the artist Sandrine: artist specialised in graphite drawing. She mainly draws landscapes and heritage, but she also likes to innovate and get off the beaten track by proposing realistic abstracts.
Afternoon:
- Meeting with the painter Odette: her painting plunges you into yourself for a salutary letting go. If a connection is established at first sight with one of her paintings, you can be sure that it will have chosen you, acting like some well-known wizards' wands.
